Adani Total Gas Announces Robust Q3 & 9MFY24 Financial Results

* CNG Stations network expanded to 835, with the addition of 98 new CNG Stations.
* Total PNG households at 9.30 lakh, adding 85,581 new households.

TFP Bureau, Ahmedabad, January 31, 2024: Adani Total Gas Ltd (“ATGL”), the leading City Gas Distribution company in India, unveiled its operational and financial performance for the nine months and quarter ending 31st December 2023. The company reported a double-digit growth in volumes, showcasing resilience and strategic expansion.

Operational Highlights 9MFY24 (Standalone):

– CNG Stations increased to 505, with the addition of 45 new CNG Stations.
– Total PNG households reached 7.79 lakh, adding 74,501 new households.
– Industrial & Commercial connections rose to 8,071, with 636 new consumers.
– Completed approximately 11,712 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline.
– Combined CNG and PNG volume recorded 633 MMSCM, reflecting a 13% increase.

Financial Highlights 9MFY24 (Standalone) Year-on-Year (YoY):

– Revenue from Operations at INR 3,556 Cr.
– EBITDA of INR 846 Cr, marking a 20% increase.
– Profit Before Tax (PBT) at INR 655 Cr, showing a 14% rise.
– Profit After Tax (PAT) at INR 488 Cr, reflecting a 15% increase.

Financial Highlights Q3FY24 (Standalone) YoY:

– Revenue from Operations at INR 1,243 Cr.
– EBITDA of INR 301 Cr, showcasing a 26% increase.
– PBT at INR 231 Cr, marking a 15% rise.
– PAT at INR 172 Cr, reflecting a 16% increase.

Consolidated PAT: 9MFY24

– Consolidated PAT at INR 500 Cr, increased by 11%.

Pan India Footprint – 9MFY24 (With JV namely IOAGPL):

– CNG Stations network expanded to 835, with the addition of 98 new CNG Stations.
– Total PNG households at 9.30 lakh, adding 85,581 new households.
– Industrial & Commercial connections increased to 8,781, with 760 new consumers.
– Completed approximately 20,817 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline.

Key Business Updates:

Adani TotalEnergies E-mobility Limited (ATEL):

– Commissioned 329 EV charging points across 10 states and 46 cities.
– Additional 1050+ EV charging points are under construction, spreading the EV network across 20 states and 130 cities.

Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited (ATBL):

– Phase-1 of India’s largest 600 TPD biomass plant in Barsana is expected to be commissioned by end March 2024.
– Preparatory work on the 500 TPD municipal solid waste project awarded by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has commenced.

LNG for Transport & Mining (LTM):

– ATGL is establishing its first LNG Retail Outlet in Dahej, Gujarat, expected to be commissioned by July 2024.
– Plans are in place to set up an LNG station network at strategic locations across Pan India.

CEO’s Statement:
