TFP Bureau Raipur, March 3; 2024: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the ‘Noni Raksha Rath’ initiative in Jashpur district, symbolizing the state’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of women. The launch ceremony took place in Bagiya, the Chief Minister’s hometown, with the participation of the Jashpur Police Administration.
The ‘Noni Raksha Rath’ initiative aims to establish safe zones and combat crimes targeting women and girls within the district. Under this initiative, stringent measures will be implemented to ensure the swift response and resolution of incidents related to women’s safety.
A dedicated helpline number, 9479128400, has been designated for the ‘Noni Raksha Rath’, where female police officers and staff will be available round the clock to provide assistance and support to women in need. This proactive approach underscores the government’s commitment to creating a secure environment where women can live and thrive without fear.
By launching the ‘Noni Raksha Rath’, Chief Minister Sai and the Jashpur Police Administration are taking concrete steps towards empowering women and fostering a culture of safety and respect for women’s rights across the district.
