Riding high on this momentum, the Chief Minister on Tuesday announced the establishment of four smart industrial parks worth Rs 445 crore, marking a significant step toward creating a robust sector-based industrial ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"1322\">The announcement came during the charge-taking ceremony of the newly appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation (CSIDC), Shri Rajiv Agarwal, held at Udyog Bhawan in Raipur. Extending his congratulations, CM Sai expressed confidence that CSIDC would thrive under Shri Agarwal\u2019s leadership, accelerating industrial growth across the state. \u201cHis experience and vision will elevate Chhattisgarh\u2019s industrial landscape. With cumulative industrial investment touching Rs 4.4 lakh crore, the state has set new benchmarks in ease of doing business and investor confidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2429\">CM Sai credited this success to the state\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2351\">Industrial Policy 2024\u201330<\/strong>, which champions \u201cminimum governance, maximum incentives.\u201d The policy offers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2686\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2485\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2485\">Single Window System 2.0 for approvals and licenses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2527\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2527\">30\u201350% capital subsidy for industries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2563\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2563\">5 to 12 years of tax exemptions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2613\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2613\">Up to Rs 15,000 in training grants per person<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2686\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2686\">A tailor-made \u201cB-spoke policy\u201d for units employing over 1,000 people<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2688\" data-end=\"2921\">The government has also undertaken over 300 reforms to simplify processes and ensure time-bound subsidies.
