The authority has repaid a total of Rs 1,788 crore in debt, which had been borrowed from the Government of India and nationalized banks for the development of Nava Raipur, the state\u2019s modern capital. The repayment also includes the return of a government guarantee worth Rs 100 crore.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the provision of Rs 1,043 crore in the state\u2019s 2024-25 supplementary budget, along with investments in industrial areas, has strengthened the authority\u2019s revenue streams.<\/p>\n With the debt now cleared, all of the authority\u2019s assets are free from encumbrances, facilitating easier property transactions and enhanced cash flow.
