TFP Bureau, Raipur, May 2, 2025:\u00a0In a significant stride towards enhancing Chhattisgarh\u2019s digital infrastructure, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will inaugurate ten innovation-based services of the Registration Department and lay the foundation stone for a cutting-edge AI Data Center by M\/s Rack Bank on May 3 in Nava Raipur.<\/p>\n

These developments are seen as a major push toward transparent, efficient, and citizen-friendly governance. The newly launched services by the Registration Department will bring digital transformation to property registration through facilities such as Aadhaar-based authentication, online search and download, cashless payments, DigiLocker integration, WhatsApp notifications, doorstep registry services, DigiDocument, and automatic transfer systems.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese initiatives will simplify property registration, making the process paperless, secure, and accessible to citizens from their homes\u2014saving both time and resources,\u201d said an official from the department. The goal is to ensure maximum ease for citizens while boosting transparency and safety in documentation.<\/p>\n

In addition to the digital services, Chief Minister Sai will also lay the foundation stone for an Artificial Intelligence Data Center by M\/s Rack Bank. The state-of-the-art facility, to be built in Sector 22 of Nava Raipur, is being developed as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ).<\/p>\n

In its first phase, the 5 MW capacity center will run on solar energy and adhere to eco-friendly standards. With a projected investment of Rs 1,000 crore, the project is expected to generate over 500 employment opportunities and can later be expanded to a capacity of 150 MW. The center will act as an anchor unit under Chhattisgarh\u2019s Industrial Policy 2024\u201330, catalyzing the development of a broader ecosystem for IT, ITES, electronics, and data services in the region.<\/p>\n
