These results solidify Adani&#8217;s position as a global infrastructure powerhouse, with a Return on Assets (ROA) of 16.5%\u2014among the highest in the global infrastructure sector.<\/p>\n<p>Releasing its FY25 results and credit compendium, the Group highlighted consistent and strategic capital deployment, strong operating leverage, and disciplined financial management across its portfolio companies, which span utilities, transport, energy, and adjacent businesses like cement.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Highlights of FY25 Performance:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EBITDA<\/strong> surged 8.2% YoY to an all-time high of <strong>INR 89,806 crore<\/strong>, with <strong>82%<\/strong> of it driven by the Group\u2019s core infrastructure businesses including utilities and transport.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profit After Tax (PAT)<\/strong> jumped to <strong>INR 40,565 crore<\/strong> (USD 4.7 billion), growing at a CAGR of 48.5% over six years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gross Assets<\/strong> rose to <strong>INR 6.1 lakh crore<\/strong> (USD 71.2 billion), with three-fourths added in the last six years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fund Flow from Operations (FFO)<\/strong> increased 13.6% YoY to <strong>INR 66,527 crore<\/strong> (USD 7.8 billion).<\/li>\n<li><strong>ROA<\/strong> remained strong at <strong>16.5%<\/strong>, showcasing consistent high-yielding capital efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cFY25 has been a landmark year for the Adani Portfolio with robust financials, execution excellence, and a global benchmark ROA,\u201d said <strong>Mr. Jugeshinder &#8216;Robbie&#8217; Singh<\/strong>, Group CFO. \u201cGovernance and ESG initiatives have also progressed, with all listed entities releasing Tax Transparency reports and achieving top-tier ESG scores globally,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Credit and Financial Strength:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Net Debt-to-EBITDA<\/strong> ratio improved from <strong>3.8x in FY19 to 2.6x in FY25<\/strong>, showcasing a healthier balance sheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash balance<\/strong> stood at <strong>INR 53,843 crore<\/strong> (USD 6.3 billion), covering <strong>21 months of debt service<\/strong>\u2014well above the Group\u2019s stated 12+1 policy.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>cost of debt<\/strong> declined to <strong>7.9%<\/strong> in FY25, from <strong>10.3%<\/strong> in FY19, driven by improved credit ratings and financial discipline.<\/li>\n<li><strong>90% of EBITDA<\/strong> is now from AA-rated or higher assets, with nearly <strong>50% from AAA-rated<\/strong> components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Company-Wise Highlights:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL)<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Solar module sales rose 59% YoY; copper smelter at Mundra became operational.<\/li>\n<li>Airport footfalls rose to 94.4 million; 2,410 lane-kms of roads constructed\u2014a record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adani Green Energy<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Operational capacity increased 30% to 14,243 MW.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adani Energy Solutions<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Transmission order book rose 3.5x to INR 59,936 crore.<\/li>\n<li>Secured largest-ever HVDC project under Rajasthan Phase III.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adani Power<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Power generation up 20% YoY to 102 billion units.<\/li>\n<li>Operational capacity reached 17.5 GW.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adani Ports &amp; SEZ<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Cargo volumes touched 450 MMT; Vizhinjam Port hit 100,000 TEUs in just four months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adani Cement (Ambuja)<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Crossed <strong>100 MTPA<\/strong> capacity\u2014a 21 MTPA increase since FY24.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Outlook: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>With sustained high-quality asset creation, sectoral leadership, and a focus on ESG, the Adani Group remains poised for further growth while maintaining fiscal prudence and operational resilience.
