TFP Bureau, Raipur, May 31, 2025: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai emphasized the need to stay focused on the roadmap of a \u201cDeveloped Chhattisgarh\u201d while reviewing the progress of schemes in Raipur and Dhamtari districts. At a high-level review meeting held in Dhamtari, the Chief Minister urged officials to act with responsibility and efficiency to implement the state\u2019s development vision.<\/p>\n
He described the \u2018Developed Chhattisgarh\u2019 vision document as a clear and goal-oriented roadmap and instructed officers to work with dedication to achieve its objectives. \u201cDelayed justice is equivalent to denied justice,\u201d the Chief Minister said, urging departments to ensure timely redressal of public grievances, particularly in revenue-related matters, where delays often impact the common man.<\/p>\n
Push for digital governance and time management<\/strong><\/p>\n Highlighting the importance of administrative efficiency, CM Sai called for greater adoption of digital governance in the Revenue Department and emphasized proper time management. He noted that tehsils led by proactive officers had lower pendency of revenue cases. Officers were also directed to treat citizens courteously and complete tasks promptly and with quality.<\/p>\n Prioritize flagship schemes, strengthen basic services<\/strong><\/p>\n CM Sai instructed officials to prioritize key Central and State Government schemes including the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, and Jal Jeevan Mission. Notably, Chhattisgarh was recently ranked second in the country for effective implementation of the Crop Insurance Scheme.<\/p>\n He also referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s recent NITI Aayog directives, urging officials to explore tourism development opportunities in Raipur and Dhamtari districts.<\/p>\n Focus on education, health, and agriculture<\/strong><\/p>\n Addressing the importance of education, CM Sai cited Dantewada’s DEO as an example of effective leadership, which led to excellent Class 10 and 12 results\u2014praised by the Prime Minister during his \u2018Mann Ki Baat\u2019 broadcast.<\/p>\n The Chief Minister called for continuous monitoring and resource availability in the health sector, and directed preparations for the upcoming Kharif season, especially in agriculture-driven districts. He emphasized the need to connect farmers with modern technology to enhance productivity.<\/p>\n Ensure last-mile delivery of schemes<\/strong><\/p>\n The Chief Minister underlined that the benefits of welfare schemes must reach the last person without obstruction. He invited officials to communicate any bottlenecks they face in meeting departmental goals, assuring state-level support when needed. \u201cEvery officer\u2019s performance is being monitored\u2014I have the report card of every district,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Appreciating the resolution of numerous applications during the recently concluded Sushasan Tihar<\/em>, CM Sai congratulated officials and assured that those who perform well will be rewarded, while non-performers will be held accountable.<\/p>\n The meeting was attended by Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma, MP Roop Kumari Chaudhary, MLAs Ajay Chandrakar and Omkar Sahu, Mayor Ramu Rohra, District Panchayat Chairman Arun Sarva, Backward Classes Commission Chairman Nehru Nishad, Additional Chief Secretary Renu G.
