The sessions will emphasize precision in body alignment and techniques aimed at enhancing mental wellness \u2014 key elements of the Iyengar Yoga tradition.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop invites participation from AIIA scholars and yoga enthusiasts. Interested candidates are encouraged to register by sending their names and contact details to Dr. Ramavtar Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of Swasthavritta, AIIA, via email at <a href=\"mailto:dr.rsharma@aiia.gov.in\">dr.rsharma@aiia.gov.in<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Manjusha Rajagopala, Director of AIIA, highlighted the significance of the workshop, stating, \u201cThrough Yoga Samavesh, AIIA is committed to making yoga accessible to all.
