TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 9, 2025: <\/strong>Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai and his cabinet ministers took part in Chintan Shivir 2.0<\/em> at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur, focusing on redefining good governance through innovation, digital transformation, and administrative efficiency. The two-day retreat brought together ministers, bureaucrats, and national experts to deliberate on public-friendly reforms and the effective delivery of government schemes.<\/p>\n

The Chief Minister began the second day of the camp with an early morning yoga session at IIM\u2019s sports complex, joined by Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Industry Minister Lakhanlal Devangan, Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma, and IIM Raipur Director Prof. Ramkumar Kakani. Emphasizing the importance of wellness in leadership, CM Sai described yoga as a vital tool for achieving mental clarity, physical health, and a harmonious lifestyle.<\/p>\n

During the final sessions of Chintan Shivir 2.0<\/em>, subject experts presented thought-provoking perspectives on modern governance. Shri Sanjeev Sanyal, Member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, delivered a keynote on \u201cThe Art of Good Governance,\u201d stressing the importance of administrative simplification, institutional restructuring, and capacity building. He urged states to eliminate redundant rules and enhance the effectiveness of policymaking through agile governance.<\/p>\n

Digital health expert Dr. Rajendra Prasad Gupta highlighted the role of emerging technologies such as telemedicine, e-health records, mobile apps, and AI in expanding healthcare access and strengthening transparency. He said such tools could bridge service gaps in remote regions, enhance accountability, and build public trust in government systems.<\/p>\n

Political analyst and author Shri Uday Mahurkar addressed the connection between governance and electoral democracy. He emphasized the importance of transparency in elections, ethical conduct in administration, and grassroots-level reforms to deepen democratic values.<\/p>\n
