The event, held under this year\u2019s global theme \u201cYoga for One Earth, One Health,\u201d saw active participation from the university&#8217;s faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<p>The session was led by Yog Guru Shri Avinash Verma, Assistant Professor of Yoga at Netaji Subhas College, Abhanpur. He guided the participants through the Common Yoga Protocol, emphasizing the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life to not only build physical strength but also enhance mental clarity and emotional balance.<\/p>\n<p>The peaceful ambiance of the university campus, combined with the collective participation of attendees, created an atmosphere of harmony, mindfulness, and wellness.
