The building, now in its final stage of construction, will be a landmark symbolizing Chhattisgarh\u2019s cultural heritage and democratic aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, CM Sai, along with Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and Deputy CM and PWD Minister Arun Sao, conducted an on-site inspection and reviewed progress. Officials were instructed to complete all remaining work by September, ensuring the new complex is ready for dedication during <em>Rajyotsav<\/em> on <strong>November 1, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will be a historic gift to the people of Chhattisgarh in its 25th year,\u201d said CM Sai. He confirmed that <strong>Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited<\/strong> to inaugurate the building during the state foundation day celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker Dr. Raman Singh also affirmed that the building is on schedule, adding, \u201cWe reviewed the Speaker\u2019s chamber, CM\u2019s office, and the Assembly premises. The entire structure is taking final shape and will be ready on time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>state-of-the-art complex<\/strong>, spread over <strong>52 acres<\/strong>, blends traditional Chhattisgarhi architectural motifs with modern functionality. It comprises <strong>three main wings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wing A<\/strong>: Assembly Secretariat<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wing B<\/strong>: Chief Minister and Speaker\u2019s offices, Central Hall, and the main Assembly chamber<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wing C<\/strong>: Offices of Deputy Chief Ministers and other ministers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Assembly chamber will accommodate 200 legislators<\/strong>, while an ultra-modern <strong>auditorium with 500-seat capacity<\/strong>and <strong>parking for 700 vehicles<\/strong> are also part of the design.
