Parents, too, have welcomed the change. \u201cEarlier our children would come home without learning much. Now, they return full of excitement, sharing what they studied that day,\u201d says one mother from the village. The increased teacher presence has not only improved academic results but also restored community trust in government schooling.<\/p>\n
The impact of this change extends beyond Kharga\u2019s classrooms. Regular and timely teacher availability has created a stable learning environment, inspiring children to dream beyond the boundaries of their village. For Poonam and her classmates, the goal is no longer just to finish school, but to excel in higher studies and bring pride to their community.<\/p>\n
Officials say that Kharga\u2019s success is just one example of how rationalization \u2013 aimed at optimizing teacher deployment in rural and remote schools \u2013 can uplift entire communities.
