This marks the country\u2019s first rating upgrade in 18 years, the last being in January 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the announcement, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister <strong>Vishnu Dev Sai<\/strong> congratulated Prime Minister <strong>Narendra Modi<\/strong> and hailed the achievement as a reflection of India\u2019s growing economic strength and international credibility. \u201cThis upgrade is a symbol of the strength of India\u2019s economic policies, political stability, and the unwavering faith of global investors under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister emphasized that the move by S&amp;P is not just a statistical improvement but a global acknowledgment of India\u2019s resilience and reform-oriented policies. \u201cIt reflects the Modi government\u2019s commitment to inclusive development and a better life for every Indian,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement comes at a time when India is being recognized as one of the fastest-growing major economies, attracting record foreign direct investment and expanding its role in global trade and manufacturing.
