This additional release comes over and above the regular monthly devolution that is due on October 10, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Finance Ministry, the advance devolution aims to help states finance their developmental and welfare-related expenditure at a crucial time, ensuring funds are available for projects, social schemes, and festive-season demands. Uttar Pradesh received the highest share with \u20b918,227 crore, followed by Bihar with \u20b910,219 crore, Madhya Pradesh with \u20b97,976 crore, and West Bengal with \u20b97,644 crore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chhattisgarh\u2019s Share: \u20b93,462 Crore<\/strong><br \/>\nChhattisgarh has been allocated \u20b93,462 crore under the special tax devolution. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said the amount was a \u201cNavratri and Dussehra gift\u201d from the Centre to the people of Chhattisgarh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis allocation will significantly strengthen the state\u2019s financial resources, accelerate ongoing development projects, and inject fresh momentum into welfare schemes,\u201d CM Sai said. He added that the \u201cdouble-engine government\u201d of the Centre and State was working tirelessly to ensure prosperity and happiness for every citizen of Chhattisgarh.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister reiterated his confidence that the additional funds would help the state speed up infrastructure creation, expand welfare measures, and bring greater security and stability to people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n<p>With this release, the Centre has once again emphasized its commitment to cooperative federalism, enabling states to push forward with capital expenditure and enhance welfare delivery at the grassroots.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chhattisgarh Receives \u20b93,462 Crore;
