TFP Bureau, New Delhi, October 6, 2025: In a significant series of meetings during his visit to the national capital, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai paid courtesy calls on President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan on Monday. The discussions focused on Chhattisgarh\u2019s ongoing Silver Jubilee celebrations, development initiatives, and the upcoming Rajyotsav closing ceremony scheduled for November 5 in Naya Raipur.<\/p>\n

During his meeting with President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Chief Minister Sai apprised her of the state government\u2019s plans to commemorate the Silver Jubilee year of Chhattisgarh\u2019s formation, highlighting a series of programs celebrating 25 years of progress, cultural identity, and public welfare. He briefed the President on various initiatives undertaken by his government to strengthen the state\u2019s infrastructure, improve education and health services, promote industrial growth, and preserve Chhattisgarh\u2019s cultural and tribal heritage.<\/p>\n

Chief Minister Sai also extended a warm invitation to the President to visit Chhattisgarh during the Silver Jubilee year. He said that her visit would inspire the people of the state and reinforce their sense of pride in Chhattisgarh\u2019s remarkable journey since its creation in 2000. President Murmu congratulated Chief Minister Sai on the Silver Jubilee milestone and lauded the state\u2019s achievements in governance, welfare, and cultural development. She conveyed her best wishes for the state\u2019s continued progress, expressing confidence that Chhattisgarh would continue to set new benchmarks in inclusive growth and people-centric administration.<\/p>\n

Later in the day, Chief Minister Sai met Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan at his official residence. During their cordial interaction, the Chief Minister extended a formal invitation to the Vice President to attend the closing ceremony of Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav 2025<\/strong>, the grand culmination of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, which will be held at Naya Raipur on November 5.\"\"<\/p>\n

Vice President Radhakrishnan graciously accepted the invitation and conveyed his enthusiasm to participate in the historic event. Expressing his gratitude, Chief Minister Sai said, \u201cIt is a matter of great pride and honor for Chhattisgarh that the Hon\u2019ble Vice President of India will grace the Rajyotsav\u2019s closing ceremony with his presence. Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu and Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Kumar Singh accompanied the Chief Minister during both meetings.<\/p>\n
