TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 18, 2025 \u2013 In a major initiative to provide citizens with comprehensive information on housing schemes, the Chhattisgarh Housing Board is set to organize the state-level ‘Housing Fair 2025’ from November 23 to 25 at the BTI Ground in Shankar Nagar, Raipur. The official logo for the event was unveiled today by Housing Board Chairman Anurag Singh Deo at the Board\u2019s headquarters, marking the commencement of preparations for the three-day fair.<\/p>\n
Housing Board Commissioner Avneesh Sharan, along with senior officials and staff, attended the logo unveiling both in person and virtually. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Singh Deo emphasized that ensuring quality, safe, and accessible housing for every citizen remains the Board\u2019s foremost objective. He described ‘Housing Fair 2025’ as a unique platform where citizens can explore the Board\u2019s housing schemes and properties in a single, convenient location.<\/p>\n
The Chairman highlighted that under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Housing and Environment Minister O.P. Choudhary, the Board is launching new housing projects worth approximately \u20b92,000 crore across the state. These initiatives aim to make the implementation of housing schemes more efficient and citizen-friendly.<\/p>\n
The Housing Fair will feature several facilities and services for visitors. An allottee portal will be inaugurated, enabling prospective buyers to book homes by paying just one percent of the purchase price during the fair. Organized site visits to housing projects in Raipur, Naya Raipur, and nearby areas will allow participants to assess the properties firsthand. Banks will also offer on-site loan facilities to ease the home-buying process. Additionally, information stalls, including one by the Bureau of Indian Standards, will provide guidance on construction quality and standards. Special gifts have been arranged for beneficiaries registering at the fair.<\/p>\n
Chairman Singh Deo urged the public to attend the Housing Fair in large numbers, emphasizing that this event is a significant step toward helping citizens realize their dream of owning a home. He reaffirmed the Board\u2019s commitment to making housing solutions more accessible and transparent, ensuring that every resident of Chhattisgarh has the opportunity to secure a quality home.<\/p>\n
