Smt. Although the Bilaspur municipal office had earlier issued a physical certificate following her father\u2019s demise, she was unaware that the bank would require a digital version. Reflecting on the experience, Smt. Tripathi said that had she been aware earlier, she could have avoided the initial inconvenience. She urged citizens to equip themselves with information about essential digital documents\u2014especially those required for banking, pensions, property transfers and government schemes. Her successful completion of the entire process from Bhubaneswar reaffirmed how access to information, technology and responsive governance can simplify even the most complex tasks.<\/p>\n
In recent years, Chhattisgarh has significantly strengthened its digital infrastructure across services such as birth and death registration, certificate issuance, grievance redressal and online applications.
