Under Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the Niyad Nella Naar<\/em> scheme is driving holistic development in sensitive and remote regions across Bastar. The initiative focuses on building trust and ensuring delivery of essential services, including roads, electricity, healthcare, drinking water, communication infrastructure, and administrative outreach.<\/p>\n The scheme covers 403 villages across 69 newly established camps. Across these areas, 18 community-oriented services from nine departments and 25 individual-centric schemes from 11 departments are being delivered to ensure no family is left behind. Communication infrastructure has emerged as the most transformative component of the initiative. Over the past two years, 728 mobile towers have been installed across the region, including 116 under the LWE programme, 115 in aspirational districts, and 467 as new 4G installations.
