Chief Minister urges probationary IAS officers to work with integrity, sensitivity and dedication as they prepare for district training<\/em><\/h3>\n

TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 15,2026: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday emphasized that public service is the ultimate objective of the administrative profession and urged probationary Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to carry out their responsibilities with sensitivity, impartiality and unwavering dedication.<\/p>\n

The Chief Minister made the remarks while interacting with three IAS probationers undergoing training at the Chhattisgarh Administration Academy in Nimora, who paid a courtesy visit to him at his official residence in Raipur before leaving for district training.<\/p>\n

Congratulating the officers on joining the civil services, Sai said the decisions taken by administrative officials directly affect the lives of thousands of people and therefore public welfare must remain at the centre of every action. He encouraged the officers to maintain close contact with citizens and understand their problems through regular engagement at the grassroots level.<\/p>\n

He also stressed that the true value of education and professional training lies in applying acquired knowledge to bring meaningful and positive changes to society and improve the lives of ordinary people.<\/p>\n

Describing Chhattisgarh as a state with immense potential, the Chief Minister spoke about its socio-economic progress, expanding connectivity, tourism prospects and cultural richness. He also highlighted the state\u2019s strides in tackling Left Wing Extremism and shared insights into its tribal heritage and emerging development opportunities.\"\"<\/p>\n

Sai advised the probationary officers that decisions guided by honesty, integrity and a genuine commitment to public service contribute significantly to the progress of both the state and society. Drawing from his own experience in public life, he encouraged them to remain lifelong learners and adopt a humane approach in governance.<\/p>\n

The trainee officers informed the Chief Minister that, as part of their field exposure, they had visited Sukma and Bijapur in the Bastar region as well as Jashpur, Surguja and Koriya in northern Chhattisgarh. During the visits, they studied local communities, administrative systems, development initiatives and cultural traditions, including a visit to the revered Danteshwari Temple.<\/p>\n

Sharing their experiences, the officers described Chhattisgarh as a state rich in diversity and cultural heritage, praising the warmth and hospitality of its people. They said serving the public through the administrative service was both an honour and a profound responsibility.<\/p>\n

The probationers\u2014Mr. Gokul R.K., Mr. V. Yashwant Nayak and Mr. Ishant Jaiswal, all allotted to the Chhattisgarh cadre\u2014are currently undergoing training at the Chhattisgarh Administration Academy, Nimora.<\/p>\n

Director General of the Academy and Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrat Sahoo, Director Mr. T.C. Mahawar and Joint Director Mr. Pranav Singh were also present during the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
