TFP Bureau, Korba, June 26,2026: Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO) organized a special awareness programme on mental health and stress management in collaboration with the Security Services Wing of the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya at Mitan Bhavan in the BALCO Township.<\/p>\n

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 200 attendees, including personnel from BALCO’s Security Department and trainees of the Vedanta Skill School. The programme focused on promoting mental well-being, encouraging positive thinking and highlighting the importance of adopting a balanced, stress-free lifestyle through Rajyoga Meditation.<\/p>\n

Speakers from the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya headquarters at Mount Abu, including BK Kamal Bhai, BK Datta Bhai, BK Deepak Bhai, BK Shailendra Bhai, BK Hitesh Bhai and BK Sanjeev Bhai, shared insights on emotional resilience, inner strength and mental wellness. They stressed that maintaining psychological well-being is as important as physical health in today’s demanding work environment and explained how Rajyoga Meditation can help individuals manage stress, develop positive thinking and improve focus and productivity.<\/p>\n

BALCO Security Department Commandant Bharatendu Pandey, along with departmental officials and employees, attended the programme. BK Bindu Didi, BK Rukmini Didi, BK Vidya Didi, BK Jyoti Didi and BK Jiteshwari Didi also addressed the gathering, encouraging participants to embrace self-awareness, positive thinking and a spiritually enriched lifestyle.\"\"<\/p>\n

The programme concluded with a guided Rajyoga Meditation session in which participants collectively practiced meditation and pledged to incorporate positive thinking, a substance-free lifestyle and regular meditation into their daily routines.<\/p>\n
