The state was honoured at the prestigious <em data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"440\">Aadhaar Samvaad<\/em> event held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, where Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw attended as chief guest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"779\">The award was presented by Shri Tentu Satyanarayan, Deputy Director General (Finance) of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), and received on behalf of Chhattisgarh by Shri Manish Joshi from Chhattisgarh Sadan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"1072\">The recognition marks a major milestone in the state\u2019s commitment to strengthening digital infrastructure and expanding citizen services. The Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHIPS), which functions as an Aadhaar enrolment agency, has played a pivotal role in achieving this success.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1119\"><strong data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1119\">Targeted Focus on Child Biometric Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1546\">CHIPS CEO Shri Prabhat Malik shared that the award acknowledges the state\u2019s significant efforts in carrying out mandatory biometric updates for children aged 5\u20137 and 15\u201317 years. In the past year, under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, CHIPS has organised 944 Aadhaar camps across remote and Naxal-affected areas of the state.
