TFP Bureau, Raipur, April 11, 2025:\u00a0The Chhattisgarh government’s flagship initiative Sushasan Tihar<\/em> has witnessed an enthusiastic public response, with over 3.18 lakh applications submitted in just the first three days. Guided by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the campaign aims to ensure efficient public service delivery, address citizen grievances, and foster direct engagement between government officials and the people.<\/p>\n

Of the total applications received so far, nearly 2.89 lakh are related to demands and public services, while just over 19,000 pertain to complaints. The application window will remain open until April 11, with submissions being accepted at Gram Panchayat and Urban Body offices, online portals, and designated Samadhan<\/em> boxes across all villages and cities.<\/p>\n

Three-Phase Campaign for Public Grievance Redressal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sushasan Tihar 2025<\/em> is being conducted in three phases. During the first phase (April 8\u201311), citizens are encouraged to submit their issues via online platforms, in-person camps, and physical drop boxes installed at local government offices. To assist applicants, government staff has been deployed at all locations to ensure a smooth and accessible application process.<\/p>\n

In the upcoming third phase, solution camps (Samadhan Shivirs<\/em>) will be organized across 8 to 15 gram panchayats in every district. Similar camps will also be held in urban areas based on local needs. These camps will not only update citizens on the status of their applications but also aim to resolve as many issues on the spot. Remaining grievances will be addressed within a month, with progress communicated to applicants.<\/p>\n

Transparency, Participation, and Monitoring at the Core<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chief Minister Sai emphasized that Sushasan Tihar<\/em> is a vital step toward enhancing transparency, responsiveness, and public trust in governance. \u201cThe goal is to resolve issues quickly, maintain openness in government functioning, and strengthen our connection with the people,\u201d he said. He also instructed district collectors to ensure efficient coordination, timely resolution of applications, and regular review of outcomes at both district and state levels.<\/p>\n

Senior officials, including the Chief Secretary, ministers, and secretaries, will personally attend camps to interact with citizens, monitor the quality of service delivery, and conduct surprise inspections of ongoing development works. The campaign also includes outreach about welfare schemes and on-the-spot application processing for beneficiary programs.<\/p>\n
