Through its flagship community health programme, <em data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"503\">Project Arogya<\/em>, the company has empowered over 10,000 mothers with critical knowledge on nutrition, wellness, and childcare, helping bridge long-standing health gaps in remote and underserved communities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"1203\">A central feature of Project Arogya is the Positive Deviance\/Hearth (PDH) sessions\u2014a 12-day program where mothers of undernourished children learn behavior-based practices to improve child nutrition using locally available resources and government-supplied Take Home Ration (THR). These efforts are supplemented with health screenings, anemia reduction camps for pregnant and lactating women, and active participation in <em data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1129\">Poshan Maah<\/em>, the Government of India\u2019s nationwide maternal and child nutrition drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1545\">\u201cHealthy mothers and children form the backbone of a nation\u2019s development. In Korba, the 120-bed BALCO Hospital caters to more than 1.8 lakh people each year, backed by a medical team of 80 professionals and 110+ support staff.
