The hotel will be developed as a brownfield project in partnership with ECHT Ventures.<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said the establishment of IHCL’s Ginger Hotel in Nava Raipur reflects growing investor confidence in Chhattisgarh and Nava Raipur’s increasing national recognition. He said the State Government is consistently working to develop Nava Raipur as a modern, well-equipped and investment-friendly city. He said expansion of quality hospitality facilities will cater to investors, entrepreneurs, professionals and tourists arriving from India and abroad, while giving fresh momentum to economic activity. Nava Raipur, he said, is steadily evolving beyond its role as an administrative capital to become an important centre for investment, education, employment, tourism and modern services.<\/p>\n
Finance, Housing and Environment Minister Shri O. P. Choudhary said the Ginger Hotel will further strengthen Nava Raipur’s growing business and hospitality ecosystem and add to the world-class facilities being developed in the city. He said the expansion of major institutions, investment projects and corporate activities is creating greater demand for quality accommodation and hospitality services. The State Government is committed to providing a modern and convenient ecosystem for entrepreneurs investing in Nava Raipur and for delegates arriving from India and abroad. He said the entry of a recognised brand such as Ginger highlights Nava Raipur’s transformation and its growing potential as a preferred destination for business, tourism and investment.<\/p>\n
The proposed Ginger Nava Raipur will feature 111 spacious, modern rooms, along with Ginger’s signature all-day dining restaurant Qmin, meeting rooms, and a fitness centre.
