TFP Bureau, Raipur, September 29, 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has approved the construction of a rest house in Bagbahar, Jashpur district, fulfilling his earlier announcement. The project, sanctioned at a cost of ₹1.65 crore, will begin soon after the tender process is finalized.
Alongside this, ₹1.72 crore has also been approved for the construction of a rest house in Farsabahar. The long-pending demand for a rest house in Bagbahar will now be met, providing much-needed facilities for citizens as well as accommodation for government programs, visiting officials, and guests.
Officials said the rest house will significantly enhance convenience for the local community while strengthening infrastructure in the region. Development efforts in Jashpur are already underway in sectors such as roads, bridges, health, education, tourism, and public amenities, with the Bagbahar project adding to this momentum.
Local villagers and public representatives welcomed the decision, describing it as a valuable gift that will elevate the district’s prestige and address a long-standing need.
The government highlighted that Chief Minister Sai’s announcements are being implemented without delay, with rapid approval of projects ensuring that citizens directly benefit from development initiatives.
