In a post on X, Shri Sai said hosting the Games represents an honour for the hopes, passion, and determination of the country’s athletes and sports enthusiasts. He noted that the decision has created a wave of excitement across the nation, adding that the opportunity will motivate children, youth, and sportspersons to aim higher and demonstrate their capabilities on the international stage.
