Daughters Lead the Way: Girls Shine in 10th and 12th Board Exams at Adani Vidya Mandir, Salhi

TFP Bureau, Ambikapure, May 15, 2025: Adani Vidya Mandir, Salhi, has emerged as a beacon of educational excellence as its students excelled in the 10th and 12th grade board exams of 2025. The results, declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday, showcased remarkable achievements, particularly among the girls, who continue to break barriers in education.

This year, 51 students appeared for the 10th-grade exams, and the school proudly achieved a 100% success rate. Out of 11 students who scored over 60%, 8 were girls. Harshita Yadav from Dandgaon topped the school with an impressive 81.84%. Following her, Prerna Singh from Salhi secured the second position with 77.84%, and Rajkamal Korram, also from Salhi, took third place with 76.67%.

In the 12th-grade exams, 47 students participated, with 6 out of 10 students scoring over 60% being girls. The top performer was Narayan Singh Korram, a tribal student from Hariharpur, who scored 75%. Sameer Yadav from Ghatbarra came second with 73.6%, and Surjeet Porte from Salhi secured third place with 71.8%.

Harshita Yadav, who credited her success to her parents and teachers, expressed gratitude, saying, “My teachers always guided and encouraged me. This success is the result of their hard work.”

Narayan Singh Korram, also full of appreciation for his teachers, shared his joy: “I am very happy today. My school teachers have helped me a lot. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I will now prepare for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to pursue my graduation.”

Principal Ashish Pandey was equally proud of the students’ achievements, especially noting the rise of girls in education: “This result is a testament to the hard work of our teachers, the support of parents, and the dedication of our students. It’s especially heartening to see our daughters excel consistently. Harshita is an exceptionally intelligent student, and I congratulate all the toppers and successful students. I wish them all a bright future.”

Adani Vidya Mandir, operated by the Rajasthan State Electricity Generation Corporation Limited under the Adani Foundation’s community initiative, is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education. The school provides over 1,000 students from local tribal villages with quality, free education, including smart classes, tablets, and free essentials like books, uniforms, and meals. Furthermore, local youth receive coaching for competitive exams like JEE and NEET through online classes, empowering them for a brighter future.
