TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 3, 2025: A wave of development is sweeping through the Maoist-affected Abujhmad region of Chhattisgarh as the district administration launches a direct bus service to Kutul village, marking a milestone in local connectivity. This initiative, part of the broader Niyyad Nella Nar scheme, is bringing new hope and enthusiasm to remote villages in Narayanpur district.
On May 13, 2025, the administration inaugurated a bus route linking Narayanpur town to Kutul, located about 49 kilometers away. The service also connects other isolated villages including Kurusnar, Basing, Kundla, Kohkameta, Irkbhatti, Kachchapal, and Kodlier. Previously, villagers relied on footpaths, facing severe difficulties during the rainy season, especially when transporting patients across swollen rivers. Now, the bus service ensures timely access to healthcare, education, and administrative offices, easing daily life significantly.

Similarly, a new bus route from Narayanpur to Maspur now serves 14 additional villages, further strengthening district-wide connectivity.
The Niyyad Nella Nar scheme has also brought 4G mobile towers to villages like Kasturmeta, Maspur, Irkbhatti, Mohandi, Horadi, Garpa, and Kachchapal, revolutionizing communication. Villagers can now access mobile networks, improving communication, education, health, and government service outreach.
Residents expressed heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai and local authorities, celebrating these developments as a long-awaited chance to integrate with mainstream progress. The Niyyad Nella Nar initiative is clearly illuminating new pathways for the future of Abujhmad’s remote communities.
