Chief Minister Unveils “GST Law Manual 2025” Authored by Advocate Vivek Saraswat

TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 11, 2025: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai on Tuesday released the latest edition of the GST Law Manual 2025, authored by renowned tax expert and award-winning advocate Shri Vivek Saraswat. Launched at a special ceremony, the manual is expected to serve as a vital reference for tax professionals, chartered accountants, traders, and students navigating India’s complex Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime.

Praising the author’s contribution, Chief Minister Sai said, “This book is an essential and timely guide that offers updated information on GST law. It will be extremely useful for professionals and traders alike, helping to simplify compliance and increase legal awareness.”

The manual is a detailed and systematically organized compilation of all relevant GST Acts, Rules, Schedules, Notifications, and Circulars under CGST, IGST, UTGST, and the Compensation Cess. A key feature of the book is its bilingual format in both English and Hindi, making it accessible to a wide range of readers across the country.

The GST Law Manual 2025 also includes the latest amendments introduced by the Finance Act 2025. In tune with the demands of the digital age, the book incorporates QR codes linked to digital versions of required GST forms—making the compliance process smoother and more efficient.

Written with a broad audience in mind, including tax professionals, company secretaries, government officers, students, and academicians, the manual stands out as a modern legal resource. Its blend of legal depth, digital integration, and user-friendly design reinforces its value for understanding and implementing GST law.
