AAI Showcases Future of Indian Aviation at 44th India International Trade Fair

TFP Bureau, NewDelhi, November 14,2025: Airports Authority of India (AAI) unveiled a visually striking and technology-driven pavilion at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, inaugurated at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. The installation captures the fair’s theme of Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat, offering visitors an immersive look into India’s aviation growth, modernisation and digital transformation.

Set up in Hall 1G, the pavilion welcomes visitors through a vibrant LED archway displaying futuristic aviation graphics. Inside, the exhibit features two anamorphic display walls that present AAI’s expanding airport network, infrastructure achievements and ongoing modernisation projects across the country.

Interactive touch kiosks form one of the key attractions, allowing visitors to explore flagship initiatives such as the UDAN regional connectivity scheme, AAI’s Startup Policy, AAI–Routes Asia 2025 and the national air connectivity map. A digital flipbook showcases airports as architectural icons while highlighting the unique cultural identity of each region.

To make the experience more engaging, AAI has introduced an Air Quiz for aviation enthusiasts, along with an AI-powered Selfie Zone where visitors can transform into digital avatars of aviation professionals including pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crew and fire safety personnel. A dedicated briefing zone provides students and media visitors with insights into AAI’s operations and future vision for civil aviation.

A major attraction is the live Air Traffic Control demonstration, offering visitors a rare view of real-time communication and control within India’s airspace. The display reflects AAI’s central role in overseeing airport development, air traffic management and navigation systems across the nation.

Through its participation in IITF 2025, being held from November 14 to 27, AAI is highlighting its commitment to integrating technology, innovation and sustainability in operations. The exhibit underscores the organisation’s vision of contributing to the national goal of building a Viksit Bharat @2047, with aviation serving as a key driver of connectivity, economic growth and national development.
