Integrated Digital Platform Brings 136 Services from 16 Departments Under One Roof for Investors and Entrepreneurs
TFP Bureau, Raipur, March 24, 2026: In a major step towards simplifying business processes and enhancing investor convenience, the Department of Commerce and Industry has launched the ‘One Click Single Window’ (OneClick) portal—an integrated digital platform designed to provide all essential services required for setting up and running businesses in Chhattisgarh.
The newly introduced portal consolidates over 136 services across 16 government departments, offering a seamless, transparent, and time-efficient system for investors, entrepreneurs, startups, and exporters. From obtaining approvals and clearances to land allotment and online payments, the entire process has now been streamlined into a single digital interface.
Officials said the core objective of the ‘OneClick’ system is to eliminate procedural complexities and reduce the time taken for business-related approvals. By integrating multiple services into one platform, the government aims to significantly improve efficiency, reduce paperwork, and ensure greater transparency in administrative processes.
The portal has been developed as part of the state’s broader commitment to strengthening the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ environment. It enables users to access a wide range of services, including regulatory approvals, compliance requirements, and utility-related processes, without having to navigate multiple departments separately.
A key feature of the platform is its user-friendly design, which caters to both established industries and new investors. In addition to facilitating approvals, the portal also includes tools such as a subsidy calculator, allowing businesses to estimate incentives available under various government schemes. This is expected to help investors make informed decisions while planning their ventures in the state.
The initiative reflects the government’s vision of making Chhattisgarh a preferred destination for investment by offering a business-friendly ecosystem backed by digital governance.
