TFP Bureau, Durg, May 20, 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai emphasized the government’s accountability and dedication to delivering benefits to every citizen during the Samadhan Camp held in Murmunda Gram Panchayat, Dhamdha block, Durg district. Addressing the camp, he said such initiatives prove the government’s commitment to serving the people and resolving their issues firsthand.
Highlighting the significance of Samadhan Camps, Shri Sai said these camps are not mere formalities but a true reflection of the administration’s responsibility towards the public. Since completing one year in office, the government has continuously engaged with the people through surprise inspections and camps, receiving feedback and acting promptly. At the Murmunda camp, over 2,630 applications were received, and 2,539 cases were resolved on the spot, with all pending matters assured to be addressed soon.
The Chief Minister announced the upgrading of Murmunda High School to a Higher Secondary School, reinforcing the government’s focus on education. He also detailed various welfare schemes, including purchasing paddy at Rs 3,100 per quintal, bonuses to farmers, social pensions, and annual assistance to landless agricultural laborers.
Shri Sai criticized the previous government for neglecting poor families in schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the Nal-Jal Yojana, claiming his administration has revived and implemented these programs effectively, providing electricity and tap water to every household.
He also spoke about reforms in land registry services, simplifying transfers and donations of land, and the expansion of Atal Digital Seva Kendras—already operational in 1,460 Gram Panchayats—aiming to cover all Gram Panchayats within a year to ease banking transactions.
At the camp, the Chief Minister distributed keys to new Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana beneficiaries, MNREGA job cards, social pensions, Kisan Credit Cards, cheques, and ATM cards to farmers, reinforcing the government’s focus on inclusive growth.
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, MLA Domanlal Korsevada, MLA Ishwar Lal Sahu, former MLA Prem Prakash Pandey, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, and other dignitaries along with villagers from 15 Panchayats attended the event in large numbers.
Shri Sai concluded by stressing that good governance is about bringing administration to people’s doorsteps and genuinely serving them.
