TFP Bureau, Raipur, July 29, 2025: The Chhattisgarh government has issued a fresh order of administrative transfers involving five Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, reassigning them to key posts in district panchayats across the state. The General Administration Department released the order from the Mantralaya at Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur.
According to the official directive:
- Smt. Sugandha Jain (IAS, 2019 batch), who was previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of District Panchayat, Sukma, has been given additional charge as Additional Collector, Raipur.
- Shri Shreyas Nandwana (IAS, 2020 batch), currently the CEO of District Panchayat, Bijapur, has been transferred as CEO of District Panchayat, Mahasamund, until further orders.
- Shri Mukul Thakur (IAS, 2020 batch), serving as Deputy Secretary in the Agriculture and Biotechnology & Farmers Welfare Department, has been assigned additional charge as CEO of District Panchayat, Sukma.
- Smt. Namrata Choubey (IAS, 2022 batch), Under Training Officer (State Civil Services), Sarapali (District Mahasamund), has been posted as CEO of District Panchayat, Bijapur.
- Shri Prabhat Chandra (IAS, 2022 batch), Under Training Officer (State Civil Services), Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, will now take charge as CEO of District Panchayat, Gariaband.
The transfer orders have been issued in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh and signed by Rajat Kumar, Secretary, General Administration Department.
