TFP Bureau,Raipur, September 3, 2025 – The Chhattisgarh Government has revised its earlier holiday schedule for Eid-e-Milad (Milad-un-Nabi). As per a fresh notification issued by the General Administration Department, the public and general holiday, which was earlier declared for Saturday, September 6, 2025, has now been shifted to Friday, September 5, 2025.
The earlier notification dated October 15, 2024, had included September 6 as a holiday for Eid-e-Milad. However, following the revised schedule, the holiday will now be observed a day earlier.
The order also clarifies that the optional holiday declared on September 6, 2025, for Anant Chaturdashi will remain unchanged.
