Online applications to remain open till July 20; passport valid up to December 31, 2027 mandatory for aspiring pilgrims
TFP Bureau, Raipur, July 6,2026: The Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee has launched a free E-Hajj Facility Centre in Raipur to assist aspiring pilgrims with online applications for Hajj 2027, aiming to simplify the registration process and ensure timely submission of applications.
The facility has been set up at the committee’s office in Mukherjee Bada, Byron Bazar, where applicants can complete their online registration free of cost.
Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee, Mirza Ejaz Beg, said the initiative has been introduced to help applicants who face difficulties in completing the online application process. He urged intending pilgrims to make use of the facility and submit their applications well before the deadline.
According to the Haj Committee of India, July 20, 2026, is the last date for submitting online applications for Hajj 2027. Beg said applicants must possess a passport that remains valid until December 31, 2027, as it is a mandatory requirement for registration.
A dedicated counter has been established at the Haj Committee office to assist applicants with the registration process. Pilgrims have been advised to visit the centre with all necessary documents to facilitate smooth and timely submission of their applications.
