The first mega multi-specialty health camp was organized in Raikheda village on Saturday, where more than 450 villagers availed themselves of free medical services. The initiative is aimed at enabling residents to consult specialist doctors without having to travel long distances for treatment.

Women, children, youth and senior citizens participated in the camp in large numbers. Doctors examined patients, advised them on appropriate treatment and provided information on preventive healthcare and the importance of timely medical check-ups.
Villagers welcomed the initiative and described the availability of specialist doctors and medicines in their own locality as a significant benefit for the community.
Under the campaign, the Adani Foundation plans to organize 11 mega multi-specialty health camps covering 16 villages located around the Adani Power plant. The initiative is expected to benefit more than 30,000 residents.
Besides providing medical consultations and treatment, the campaign seeks to promote health awareness, encourage regular health check-ups and facilitate timely identification and treatment of health conditions.
The Adani Foundation said the initiative reflects its continued focus on strengthening healthcare access and improving the quality of life in rural communities through community-focused social development programmes.
