TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 6, 2025: In a move aimed at enhancing transparency and ensuring smooth functioning of the administrative system, the Chhattisgarh government has approved a new transfer policy. The policy was officially released today by the General Administration Department (GAD).
After prolonged discussions within employee unions and administrative circles, the new policy is being seen as a crucial step towards improving governance. As per the announced schedule, officers and employees wishing to seek transfers can submit their applications starting June 6, 2025. The government will begin issuing transfer orders from June 14 onwards.
Officials stated that the decision comes at a critical time, with an eye on establishing administrative stability ahead of the upcoming monsoon session of the State Assembly.
