TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 3, 2025: The Government of Chhattisgarh is gearing up to host Chhattisgarh TechStart 2025 on November 4, a flagship event aimed at positioning the state as a leading innovation and investment hub in Central India. Organized by the Department of Commerce and Industries, the event will bring together top investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to explore opportunities in technology, startups, and digital transformation.
Envisioned as a catalyst for the next phase of economic growth, Chhattisgarh TechStart 2025 seeks to strengthen the startup ecosystem and promote the state’s capabilities in IT, ITeS, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, deep tech, and digital infrastructure. The initiative aligns with the government’s Industrial Development Policy 2024–30, which provides an extensive framework of incentives, including seed funding, operational support, and incubation assistance for startups and digital enterprises.
Highlighting the significance of the event, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said, “Chhattisgarh TechStart 2025 marks a new era of innovation and entrepreneurship in the state. The event reflects our government’s commitment to transforming Chhattisgarh into Central India’s innovation hub, fostering startups, digital enterprises, and global partnerships in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital India and Startup India missions.”
The event will feature participation from national enablers such as the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and the MeitY Startup Hub, who will collaborate with the state to explore joint initiatives in the innovation and technology sectors. Discussions will focus on building a policy-driven framework for technology-led growth, facilitating investment inflows, and creating global linkages for local startups.
A key highlight of the event will be the signing of strategic partnerships with national and international organizations to promote mentorship programs, accelerate innovation, and open access to global markets for Chhattisgarh-based enterprises. Industry leaders are also expected to announce new investment commitments and collaboration models for emerging sectors.
