Chief Minister’s ‘Jandarshan’ Brings Hope, Inspiration, and Relief to Citizens

TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 13, 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s Jandarshan programme once again became a platform of compassion, inspiration, and responsive governance as he met citizens from across Chhattisgarh, addressing their concerns with promptness and empathy. From helping a differently-abled child artist pursue education, to appreciating a world-record micro-sculptor’s talent, and personally restoring hearing to a resident in need — the Chief Minister’s humane approach won hearts across the state.

CM Extends Support to Young Artist Who Paints with Her Feet

Among the visitors was 11-year-old Poonam from Telibandha, Raipur — a gifted child living with cerebral palsy who paints intricate artworks using her feet. Unable to speak yet full of expression, Poonam captured the Chief Minister’s attention through her remarkable spirit and creativity. Listening attentively to her mother’s account, Shri Sai assured the family of full government support and directed officials to arrange Poonam’s admission to a special school along with a scholarship for her education.

Moved by her story, the Chief Minister said, “We are with you. You need not worry about your daughter’s future.” His gesture brought new hope to Poonam’s family, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity for every child.

Bhilai Artist’s Micro Sculpture of PM Modi Wins Praise

In another heartwarming moment, 55-year-old micro-artist Ankush Dewangan from Bhilai presented the Chief Minister with what is believed to be the world’s smallest marble statue of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The sculpture, enclosed in a glass frame alongside a miniature replica of the Ayodhya Shri Ramlala Temple, reveals intricate details — even the Prime Minister’s smile and hair strands — when viewed through a microscopic lens.

The Chief Minister admired Dewangan’s creation, describing it as “a symbol of devotion and patience,” and announced plans for a state-level exhibition of his work. Dewangan, an Administrative Assistant at Bhilai Steel Plant, spent two months crafting the half-centimetre-tall statue, often sculpting at night. “Modi ji fulfilled the dream of building the Ram Temple, so I placed both in one frame,” he said. The Chief Minister said the artwork would be displayed in his office.

“I Can Hear Again”: CM’s Timely Help Restores Hearing to Citizen

In another touching instance during Jandarshan, the Chief Minister personally handed over a hearing aid to Raman Nirmalkar, a resident of Brahmanpara Ward, Raipur, who had lost his hearing and could not afford a device. On hearing about his condition, Shri Sai immediately instructed officials to provide assistance on the spot.

An emotional Nirmalkar expressed gratitude, saying, “I can hear again. The Chief Minister understood my problem with great sensitivity and helped me immediately. I am truly thankful to him.”

Through compassionate actions and direct engagement, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai continues to redefine governance with a human touch. His Jandarshan initiative not only addresses grievances but also reflects a larger message — that empathy, inclusiveness, and swift response remain at the heart of public service in Chhattisgarh.
