TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 20, 2025: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign of the electoral rolls is advancing at an impressive pace across Chhattisgarh, with more than five million counting forms already digitized. The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer has confirmed that the statewide exercise, which aims to update and refine the voter lists, is progressing smoothly due to strong public participation and the coordinated efforts of field-level election personnel.
According to officials, the initiative has received significant support from Booth Level Officers (BLOs), volunteers, Booth Level Agents (BLAs) of recognized political parties, and district election teams. Their combined efforts have ensured steady progress in form collection, verification and digital processing. Authorities have urged citizens who have not yet submitted their counting forms to do so promptly, as the deadline of December 4 is fast approaching.
To assist voters in completing the forms accurately, the Chief Electoral Officer’s office has released detailed demonstration videos across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels. These videos provide step-by-step instructions for both online and offline submission methods, enabling voters to complete the process independently and without difficulty.
Officials reiterated that timely submission of the forms is essential for ensuring error-free and updated electoral rolls ahead of forthcoming electoral processes. The Election Department continues to encourage citizens to take advantage of the available digital resources and actively participate in the ongoing revision drive.
