TFP Bureau, Raipur, January 11, 2026: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Saturday released ‘ADHYAY – The Women Who Lead’, a coffee table book showcasing the inspiring journeys of women entrepreneurs, leaders and innovators from Chhattisgarh, at the Cosmo Expo held at Shriram Business Park in Raipur. The publication highlights the growing role of women in shaping the state’s economic and social landscape.
The release ceremony was attended by Member of Parliament Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, retired Indian Forest Service officer Shri Rakesh Chaturvedi, representatives of Cosmo and Rotary, and several other eminent personalities from business, administration and social sectors.
Prepared to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the formation of Chhattisgarh, the book chronicles the life stories of 25 women entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions to the state’s development, economic empowerment and social transformation. Edited by Udit Sharma and his team, the publication documents achievements across diverse fields including business, industry, service, innovation and social entrepreneurship.
During the programme, all the women featured in the book were felicitated by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai in recognition of their courage, leadership, innovation and entrepreneurial excellence. The Chief Minister lauded their determination and vision, describing them as role models for the younger generation.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Sai said ADHYAY – The Women Who Lead is a vibrant narrative of the strength, self-reliance and leadership of the women of Chhattisgarh. He said such documentation not only preserves inspiring journeys but also serves as a guiding and motivational resource for aspiring women entrepreneurs. “The women of Chhattisgarh are not just running enterprises today; they are giving new direction to society and thought,” he remarked.
Officials said the book aims to provide a prominent platform to women achievers whose efforts have helped redefine entrepreneurship and leadership in the state. The publication is expected to inspire future generations by highlighting how perseverance, innovation and confidence can drive both personal success and collective progress.
