Residents of Wards 40, 41 and 42 Receive Relief as Company Steps Up Community Support During Peak Heat
TFP Bureau, Korba, May 29,2026: In response to the severe water shortage being faced during the ongoing summer season, Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) has ensured drinking water supply across several wards in Balconagar, providing much-needed relief to residents struggling with limited access to safe water.
The initiative covered Wards 40, 41, and 42, where residents had been facing difficulties due to rising temperatures and increased water demand during peak summer conditions.
Appreciating the company’s intervention, Satendra Dubey said BALCO’s timely support had brought significant relief to local residents.
“Ensuring drinking water supply across various wards during the intense summer heat is a commendable initiative. BALCO has consistently extended support by understanding the needs of the community,” he said.
Officials stated that the initiative reflects Bharat Aluminium Company’s continued commitment towards community welfare and responsive assistance during times of need. Through regular water supply arrangements, several families in the affected areas have benefitted from improved access to drinking water during the summer months.
