CM Vishnu Deo Sai Honours ‘Water Woman’ Shipra Pathak for Environmental Efforts

TFP Bureau, Raipur, July 4, 2025: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Friday honoured environmental activist Shipra Pathak—affectionately known as the “Water Woman”—for her exceptional contribution to afforestation and ecological awareness. The felicitation took place at the Chief Minister’s official residence in Raipur, where she was presented with a shawl and a memento in recognition of her green initiatives.

Shipra Pathak has become a symbol of grassroots environmental activism, dedicating herself to reviving green spaces and promoting sustainability within communities. Her consistent efforts have sparked a broader public movement for nature conservation across the state.
