CM Vishnudev Sai Unveils Development Projects Worth ₹62.36 Crore in Dharamjaigarh

TFP Bureau, Raipur, August 14, 2025 – On the eve of Independence Day, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai gifted development projects worth ₹62.36 crore to the people of Raigarh district during his visit to Dharamjaigarh. The CM inaugurated 45 projects costing ₹42.99 crore and laid the foundation stone (Bhoomi Pujan) for 70 new works valued at ₹19.36 crore.

Among the major projects inaugurated were the construction of a high-level bridge and approach road on Bhengari Nala in Aidukla road from Panikhet (₹5.25 crore), a bridge over the Kharoon river on Pakargaon road in Lalunga (₹6.39 crore), and multiple Nal Jal Praday Yojana works, including single-village, retrofitting, and solar-based schemes across Kharsia, Lalunga, and Dharamjaigarh (₹28.53 crore). The CM also inaugurated two new Primary Health Centres at Bahirkela and Lamdand (₹75 lakh each), a community hall at Konpara village (₹7 lakh), and a CSPDCL 33/11 KV, 3.15 MVA sub-centre at Khadgaon (₹1.25 crore).

In addition, Shri Sai dedicated seven Post Graduate Tribal Boys’ Hostels at Dhorabhatha, Tamnar, Lalunga, Ghatgaon, Gharghoda, Bakaruma, and Dharamjaigarh, built at a combined cost of ₹13.28 crore. He also inaugurated a site room at Dharamjaigarh (₹20.33 lakh) and laid the foundation for a watchtower and patrolling camp in Kumarta (₹10.88 lakh). Further, foundation stones were laid for culverts, CC roads, sheds, community halls, Panchayat Bhawans, and Mangal Bhawans across several gram panchayats (₹2.54 crore).

The CM also announced repair works for 44 health centres across Lalunga, Dharamjaigarh, and Kharsia assembly constituencies, costing ₹3.22 crore, aiming to strengthen healthcare facilities at the grassroots level.
