TFP Bureau, New Delhi, August 31, 2025: President of India Droupadi Murmu will undertake a three-day visit to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu from September 1 to 3, where she will participate in a series of landmark events in Mysuru, Chennai and Thiruvarur.
According to the schedule released by the Rashtrapati Bhavan, President Murmu will begin her visit on September 1 by attending the diamond jubilee celebrations of the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH) in Mysuru, Karnataka.
On September 2, she will be the chief guest at the 120th foundation day celebrations of City Union Bank in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
On September 3, the President will travel to Thiruvarur to grace the 10th convocation ceremony of the Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN).
The visit underscores the President’s continued engagement with academic, health and financial institutions across the country.
