Ujjwal Porwal posted as CEO of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki Zila Panchayat; Abhishek Kumar Gupta shifted to Tourism Department
TFP Bureau, Raipur, August 18, 2026: The Chhattisgarh government on Tuesday issued an administrative reshuffle order transferring seven senior officers and assigning them new postings on an interim basis until further orders.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Ujjwal Porwal, a 2014-batch senior-grade officer, has been transferred from his position as General Manager (Administration) of Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Ltd, Nava Raipur, with additional charge of Chhattisgarh State Marketing Federation (MARKFED), and posted as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki Zila Panchayat.
Abhishek Kumar Gupta, also a 2014-batch senior-grade officer, has been shifted from his post as CEO of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki Zila Panchayat and appointed as Deputy Secretary, Tourism Department, with additional charge of the Culture Department.
Vinay Kumar Agrawal, a 2015-batch senior-grade officer, has been transferred from the post of CEO, Surguja Zila Panchayat (Ambikapur), and posted as CEO of Narayanpur Zila Panchayat.
Dr Ritu Verma, a 2015-batch senior-grade officer, will continue as Deputy Secretary in the General Administration Department, handling Sections 6 and 7. She has also been given additional charge as Controller of Examinations, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, Nava Raipur.
Hemant Kumar Matsyapal, a 2016-batch senior-grade officer, has been shifted from his post as Assistant General Manager of Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (NAAN), Nava Raipur, and appointed General Manager (Administration) of Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Ltd.
Nayantara Singh Tomar, a 2014-batch senior-grade officer, has been transferred from the post of Additional Director, Directorate of Medical Education, Nava Raipur, and appointed Additional Collector, Surajpur.
Manish Mishra, a 2015-batch senior-grade officer, has been transferred from his post as Additional Collector, Raipur, and posted as Deputy Secretary in the state secretariat at Nava Raipur.
The order, issued in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh by the General Administration Department, directs the concerned officers to relinquish their existing charges and assume charge at their new places of posting within 10 days. A compliance report is also required to be submitted to the department.
