TFP Bureau, Raipur, April 8, 2025: In a major initiative to strengthen citizen engagement and responsive administration, the Chhattisgarh government will launch Sushasan Tihar 2025 from April 8 under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The state-wide good governance drive, which will run in three phases till May 31, aims to address public grievances directly and enhance transparency and promptness in governance.
In the first phase, from April 8 to 11, applications from citizens will be accepted at gram panchayat and urban body offices across the state. Additionally, submissions will be facilitated through online portals and Common Service Centres (CSCs), while drop boxes will be placed at block and district headquarters for ease of access.
The initiative holds special significance as Chhattisgarh celebrates its silver jubilee year and commemorates the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee — the architect of the state. This year has been declared Atal Nirman Varsh by the state government, and Sushasan Tihar 2025 is a key component of this celebratory and developmental effort.
Application Tracking and Quick Resolution
All received applications will be digitally logged and forwarded to the concerned departments. The government has assured that each case will be resolved within a month, with regular monitoring at both state and district levels. Chief Minister Sai has directed all district collectors to ensure the effective conduct of the campaign and speedy redressal of public grievances.
Samadhan Camps and Outreach
The third phase of the initiative will see Samadhan Camps being organized in 8 to 15 gram panchayats per district, as well as in urban areas as required. These camps will provide updates on the status of public applications and strive to resolve issues on the spot. Pending matters will be resolved within a month, with follow-up communication assured.
Additionally, the camps will disseminate information on public welfare schemes, accept applications for beneficiary-oriented programs, and serve as platforms for direct interaction between citizens and senior government officials.
Chief Minister Sai emphasized that the initiative is designed to bring the administration closer to the people, uphold transparency, and deliver quick solutions to citizen concerns. “Transparency, promptness, and dialogue are the foundation of good governance,” he said, urging citizens to actively participate and help the government understand their challenges.
Ministers, MLAs, MPs, and top administrative officers — including the Chief Secretary and Secretaries-in-charge — will personally attend the camps and conduct surprise inspections to evaluate the real-time implementation of government schemes.
With this comprehensive public outreach program, the Chhattisgarh government aims to set a new benchmark in participatory governance and administrative accountability.
